On Tuesday, 22 October 2024 at 5.00pm, Dr Rod Harrison will be presenting ‘A Practical Guide to Mutual Gains Bargaining’ as part of the series ‘Industrial Insights: Navigating the new legal landscape’.

Dr Harrison was Deputy President of the Industrial Relations Commission and has successfully used mutual gains bargaining to achieve significant industrial settlements.

Learn from an expert about the practical differences you can make when negotiating by focusing on shared interests and mutually beneficial solutions including his experience in the development and implementation of the Hunter model.

The seminar will be held both in-person (with limited seating) in Court 4.1 of the Chief Secretary’s Building, 47 Bridge Street, Sydney and online.

This seminar is open to all industrial officers and industrial lawyers and will be of particular interest to those who practice in NSW Public Sector and Local Government industrial relations.
