Practical Issues in Building a People-Centred Culture

The Industrial Relations Society of NSW, Newcastle Branch is holding it's annual conference on Thursday 13 October and Friday 14 October 2016.

Commencing on Thursday evening at 6.30pm with canapes and pre-dinner drinks, the Conference Dinner will be a great way to kick start the conference and a key opportunity to build and develop networks. Dress for the evening is smart casual.

On Friday, the conference will commence at 9am with a theme centered on the universal issues of recruitment, retention, reward and employee engagement which feed directly into safety, efficiency and productivity. These are the fundamental elements of success for every business, small or large.
