Disconnect to Reconnect: Navigating the Aftermath of Legislative reform

The 2025 Annual Conference provides a chance to disconnect from your day job and reconnect with industry bright sparks. Following extensive legislative reform over recent years, this conference reflects on the changes to Industrial Relations over the century and how today’s laws are shaping workplaces of the future.

The 2025 conference has new content and format, with the introduction of a Master Class on Psychosocial Hazards and Keynote Speaker, renowned journalist David Marin-Guzman, from the Australian Financial Review who will speak about his investigation into the CFMEU. We also see the return of the comedy debate, Year in Review and much, much more.

Our guest speakers have much to share, and our attendees, much to learn. We are thrilled to present to 2025 Annual Conference and look forward to seeing you at this not-to-be-missed event.
