COVID-19 continues to drive new developments in the workplace, even as highly anticipated vaccination programs are rolling out and taken up with gusto by the community, employees and employers.

The implications for IR practitioners are also unfolding, both as a work health and safety challenge, and accommodating new expectations of individual behaviour by being required to be vaccinated, and how this affects existing industrial awards and agreements, employment policies and as a ground for dismissal.
