Keynote Speaker - Persephone Forster, Special Counsel at Kennedys

The presentation will;

  • explain the changes to casual employment;
  • canvass the changes not been made (this time); and
  • discuss the foreshadowed legislative safeguards against sexual harassment in the workplace following the Federal Government’s recent response to Sex Discrimination Commissioner Kate Jenkins’ Respect@Work report.
