Commissioner Johns OAM - will discuss recent significant Fair Work Commission decisions that will be of interest for all attendees.

of independent medical examinations in the workplace.

“Workplace Investigations – time to reform our thinking?” – Mark Paul – Bartier Perry
“Extreme Contracts” – Dan Dwyer - Employers are seeking for ways to reduce costs, and this presentation considers some novel employment contracts and contractor arrangements and asks whether these arrangements are "pushing the envelope" too far.  “IR and the Challenges of Change Management” – Pranav Bhatt – Transport for NSW
