Undertaking procedurally fair investigations that survive external scrutiny is an important tool for IR practitioners, and the panel for this webinar will discuss key aspects of the investigation process and take questions on areas of interest.

Deputy President Sams - Fair Work Commission - "Investigation Reports and Unfair Dismissal Claims"

Aimee Naim - Solicitor/Investigator - O'Connell Workplace Relations - "Recent cases on aspects of investigations"
