• The costs of workplace bullying
• The prevention of workplace bullying
• Early intervention in workplace bullying
• Use of formal grievance procedures
• Recourse to external resolution – including the Fair Work Commission’s jurisdiction
• How the Fair Work Commission deals with anti-bullying claims

• Places are limited (This course was over subscribed last year) so book early.
• Course fee includes written workshop materials, lunch, morning and afternoon tea and post-workshop drinks.
• Registration from 9.30am. Workshop commences at 10am.
• Bookings will close on 3rd June.  Payment for registration must be completed 5 working days prior to the event.
