An experienced employment and industrial relations lawyer, she has led the MEU’s landmark Same Job, Same Pay case against BHP’s in-house labour hire arm Operations Services and several other Same Job, Same Pay cases in the Fair Work Commission. She assists MEU members with a wide range of employment and industrial relations matters, including in the Commission and Courts.</p> <p align="justify">Prior to her role at the MEU, Elise led the Health Services Union’s Aged Care Work Value Case which resulted in increases to minimum award wages of up to 28.5% for aged care workers.
