&lt;p align="center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Elise Delpiano, National Legal Officer&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;of the Mining and Energy Union (MEU)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p align="justify"&gt;Elise Delpiano is a National Legal Officer at the Mining and Energy Union. An experienced employment and industrial relations lawyer, she has led the MEU’s landmark Same Job, Same Pay case against BHP’s in-house labour hire arm Operations Services and several other Same Job, Same Pay cases in the Fair Work Commission. She assists MEU members with a wide range of employment and industrial relations matters, including in the Commission and Courts.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p align="justify"&gt;Prior to her role at the MEU, Elise led the Health Services Union’s Aged Care Work Value Case which resulted in increases to minimum award wages of up to 28.5% for aged care workers. She was also Associate to (now) President Hatcher of the Fair Work Commission.&lt;/p&gt;
