Practitioner workshop 2 – Interest based bargaining

As part of an initiative to promote cooperative and productive workplace relations directly to those working in human resources and employment relations, the Fair Work Commission in partnership with the Industrial Relations Society (NSW) will be conducting a second practitioner focused workshop on 25 August 2017.

The workshop will be led by Deputy President Booth of the Fair Work Commission who will be drawing on her own experience, as well as research conducted for the Commission into enterprise bargaining.

The workshop will be interactive and have a practical focus. The emphasis will be on providing the participants with the tools to improve their effectiveness in dispute resolution and enterprise bargaining.
