Practitioner workshop 1 – workplace dispute prevention and resolution

As part of an initiative to promote cooperative and productive workplace relations directly to those working in human resources and employment relations, the Fair Work Commission in partnership with the Industrial Relations Society (NSW) will be again conducting two practitioner focused workshops in July and August 2017.

This workshop will be led by  Senior Deputy President Hamberger of the Fair Work Commission who will be drawing on his own experience, as well as research conducted for the Commission into dispute resolution.

The workshops will be interactive and have a practical focus. The emphasis will be on providing the participants with the tools to improve their effectiveness in dispute resolution and enterprise bargaining.

With the number of participants limited for each workshop it is anticipated they will both sell out quickly - so be sure to book early!
